WHY BREATHWORK ...WORKS

Read on if you want to understand how breathwork empowers you to take responsibility for your life,
transform your thoughts, and harness your infinite potential.

RESPONSIBILITY

When we take responsibility for our life, our circumstances, our health, our relationships, and our wealth; we can then influence what happens to us. By taking total responsibility we empower ourselves, we can effect change, we can be in control of our life. We are no longer at the effect of others but we start to design our life.

To make long term change we need to understand that we are responsible for our change not anyone else.

Things do not change, we change.

Henry David Thoreau

THOUGHTS ARE CREATIVE

We Don’t Know What We Don’t Know

“We are what we think.
All that we are arises
With our thoughts.
With our thoughts,
We make our World”

– The Buddha

How we think governs the results in our Life. We have many unconscious thoughts that also create our results. Discovering these unconscious thoughts or beliefs, then having a willingness to change them, is the source of change. State of mind is the name of the game. Change the thoughts and you change your body, relationships, health and wealth.

The expression “We don’t know what we don’t know” in relation to unconscious beliefs highlights the concept that there are aspects of our own thinking and beliefs that we are unaware of. Our unconscious mind holds thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that influence our behaviour and shape our experiences, often without our conscious knowledge or understanding. These hidden beliefs can have a significant impact on our lives, shaping our decisions, relationships, and overall outcomes.

The phrase serves as a reminder that our understanding is limited by our conscious awareness. We may be oblivious to certain deeply ingrained beliefs or thought patterns that are operating beneath the surface, driving our actions and influencing the results we obtain. It emphasises the importance of self-reflection, exploration, and a willingness to delve into our unconscious mind in order to uncover these hidden aspects and gain a deeper understanding of ourselves.

By acknowledging that there are things we don’t know about our own beliefs, we open ourselves up to the possibility of growth and change. It encourages us to seek knowledge, challenge our assumptions, and question our automatic thoughts and reactions. Through this process of self-discovery, we can become more aware of our unconscious beliefs, bring them into the light of conscious awareness, and ultimately choose to transform them for the betterment of our lives.

It is not what happens to us that is important, but how we interpret what happens, that shapes our future.

The unconscious mind can be accessed easily with professional and trained assistance. While professional and trained assistance can expedite the process, You also possess the power to embark on this journey independently through Breathwork and other modalities. You have the ability to delve into the depths of your own mind, unleash its potential, and effect profound change.

WE ARE INFINITE BEINGS

This means we view ourselves as having infinite capacity, only limited by the scripts we brought at birth, and our childhood and experiences.

We are Spiritual Beings having a human experience

We are a combination of intelligent electromagnetic signals (potential) and we have hidden talents of clairvoyance, clairaudience, telepathy and perceptual awareness that involves ‘Knowing’.

Each of us has the potential to have what we want – even the body we want. Through Breathwork we can regenerate the cells by remapping them, sending them a different plan or alternative route.

Each of us has a natural vitality in the body.

Try it for yourself.
